All my life, I have been deeply passionate about Scotland and its rich culture and folklore. In 2007, I established a Highland outfitter business in the Netherlands. Initially, we focused on selling machine-made kilts, but my fascination with the artistry of kilt making led me to enroll in a prestigious kiltmaker’s course in Scotland. I take pride in being the only certified kiltmaker outside the United Kingdom. In January 2024, I proudly launched The Kiltmaker’s Studio, where our sole focus is on creating exquisite handmade kilts, designing custom-made kilts, and conducting workshops for individuals interested in kiltmaking and the timeless allure of tartan cloth.
